4) Orders, Delivery & Pickup

Operating days: Monday–Saturday (routes across the Bay Area).

Minimums & fees: May apply by item/route; we will disclose during quoting. Fuel or service surcharges may apply.

Delivery: Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery at your designated location (or upon pickup, if you collect). Please ensure safe and timely receipt.

Pickup: By appointment at 131 Terminal Ct #66, South San Francisco, CA 94080.

Access: You are responsible for accurate delivery instructions, access times, and any site restrictions.

5) Inspection, Claims & Credits (Perishables)

Inspect goods at delivery. Report quality or delivery issues within 24 hours of receipt with photos and lot/box details. At our discretion, we may offer replacement or credit. Due to the perishable nature of produce, returns are not accepted except as expressly agreed.

6) Payment Terms

Terms: As stated on the invoice or agreed in writing (e.g., Due on Receipt, Net 7/15/30).

Late amounts: May accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) plus collection costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes unless a valid exemption is on file.

7) Standing/Recurring Orders

On request, we can schedule recurring deliveries. You agree to provide advance notice for changes or cancellations according to the schedule we confirm.

8) Product Handling & Food Safety

We handle products with care and follow reasonable food-safety practices. You are responsible for appropriate storage and handling after delivery or pickup.

9) Prohibited Uses (Site)

You will not: (a) scrape or harvest data; (b) reverse-engineer or probe the site; (c) upload malicious code; (d) use the site to infringe the rights of others.

10) Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, images, text) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

4) Which onions do you carry?

We carry Pearl onions (red, gold, and white), boiler/boiling onions, sweet red and sweet yellow onions, Cipollini onions (10 lb), and shallots (10 lb bag or 40 lb case). We also stock standard Yellow, White, and Red onions, Small through Jumbo, available in sacks or cartons depending on the grade.

5) Do you supply garlic?

Yes — we stock 30 lb whole garlic and 5-count garlic (cello) packs. We also offer peeled garlic in 6×5 lb (China) and 4×5 lb (California) case packs. Whole heads are available year-round, with peeled and specialty options available on request and subject to market availability.

6) What packaging and grades are available?

From small packs like 5 lb garlic through bulk 50 lb onions or potatoes. Tell us your preferred pack (sack, carton, or case) when requesting a quote.

7) Who do you serve?

We supply restaurants, groceries, distributors, caterers, meal-prep companies, and wholesalers throughout the Bay Area.
