1) What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Francisco, the Peninsula, East Bay, North Bay, and South Bay. If you’re unsure about your location, contact us for route options.

2) What are your operating days and cut-off times?

We operate Monday–Saturday year-round. Place orders anytime for next-day dispatch (same-day subject to route availability).

3) Which potato varieties do you stock?

We specialize in Russet, Yukon Gold, Red, Fingerling, White Potatoes, Kennebec Potatoes, Mix Marbles Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes in multiple grades and pack sizes. Ask for today’s availability list.

4) Which onions do you carry?

We carry Pearl onions (red, gold, and white), boiler/boiling onions, sweet red and sweet yellow onions, Cipollini onions (10 lb), and shallots (10 lb bag or 40 lb case). We also stock standard Yellow, White, and Red onions, Small through Jumbo, available in sacks or cartons depending on the grade.

5) Do you supply garlic?

Yes — we stock 30 lb whole garlic and 5-count garlic (cello) packs. We also offer peeled garlic in 6×5 lb (China) and 4×5 lb (California) case packs. Whole heads are available year-round, with peeled and specialty options available on request and subject to market availability.

6) What packaging and grades are available?

From small packs like 5 lb garlic through bulk 50 lb onions or potatoes. Tell us your preferred pack (sack, carton, or case) when requesting a quote.

7) Who do you serve?

We supply restaurants, groceries, distributors, caterers, meal-prep companies, and wholesalers throughout the Bay Area.

8) How do you ensure freshness and food safety?

We source from trusted growers, perform quality checks before dispatch, and use temperature-controlled handling whenever required to protect freshness in transit.

9) What are your minimums and how do I order?

Minimums vary by item and route. Request a quote with your product list and quantities; our team will confirm pricing, minimums, and delivery windows.

10) Do you offer recurring/standing orders?

Yes — we can schedule recurring deliveries to keep your inventory consistent and reduce stock-outs.

11) Can I pick up an order?

Pickup is available at 131 Terminal Ct #66, South San Francisco, CA 94080 by appointment. Please call or message to schedule.

12) What if there’s an issue with my order?

Report any quality or delivery issues within 24 hours. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or credit according to our policy.

Yes — we share a daily availability & price list upon request. Prices may change with market conditions.

14) Do you support Spanish?
